Job Description

The Sales Manager will be Responsible for acquiring clients

Lead a team of Financial Advisor and Sales Team Leaders and ensure acquisition of new clients

Achieves set sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands client base

Responsible for recruitment of team, setting objectives, coaching and monitoring performance of sales team

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Proper handholding of clients and introduce them to the features of the product

Cross sell and upsell of products to the clients acquired

To conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities

Assist in Corporate or in association with Exchanges, Depositories and AMC.

Desired Skill Set and profile:

Graduate/Post graduate degree in business administration or a related field

Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 9,50,000 P.A.
